Council -.an Naughton inquired as to what action hhd been taken in
regard to the damage claim of h1. ". Porter.
Mayor Hirtzler and City Attorney Daly each stated that he had talked with the
claimant and that said claimant expressed himself as being completely satisfied with the
settlement offered and that the :or.: watt progressing satisfactorily.
Fire Committee.
Councilman Lewis reported that a decision had been reached as to
which `_'ire hose ::as wanted by the department, and that the order had been placed with the
lloward Cooper Corporation at a cost price of 48y1 per foot.
