The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, 1.7achington, met in regular session
this 4th day of October, 1938, at 7:30 otclock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall, Mayor Rirtzler presiding.

It was moved by Councilman Naughton and seconded by Councilman Brown that the
minutes of the regular meeting of September 20, 1938, be approved as written. Motion
declared carried.
