Gentlemen,. -
Permission is requested to move a small cottage from Block 256 in Eisenbeis Ad-
dition to Block 519, same Addition. It will be necessary to cross McPherson Street to react
the new location but the street will not be wholly blocked at any time and the entire cros-
sing should not require more than six hours.
The petitioner hereby pledges himself to hold the city harmless in case of an accident.
