IThe CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this
3rd day of May, 1938, at 8 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor
H. L. Hirtzler presiding.
ROLL CALL.
Upon Roll Call, those answering present were Mayor H. L. Hirtzler, City Attorney
W. J. Daly, City Clerk C. F. Christian, and Councilmen Fred G, Lewis, R. E. Ammeter, R. W.
Brown and W. S. Lafferty; Councilman Naughton arriving later in the session.

It was moved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilman Brown that the said
claims be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to to issue warrants
upon the proper funds in payment of same. Upon Roll Call vote, all four councilmen present
voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
