It is necessary to run a pipe fro �j Cosgrove Street down to Taft Street, (to Dr. Gleason's) and then east on Taft Street to building site, or a total distance of approximately 375 feet. fi It is suggested that the City of Port Townsend install a"main from Cosgrove Street tol I feet. This main will serve for the writer's water supply, as well as Taft Street, or 200 for the residence of Mr. amd Mrs. Harry Baker, which is also under construction at the pros J; ent time. This main will also serve for future homes on Taft Street, and should assist in developing the undeveloped property in that vicinity.'
