imposes restrictions upon the employment of a public librarian, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that offective August lot, 1937, the said Emilie A. Rothse
child be, and she is hereby relieved of her official duties as librarian of. the Port Town-
s send Public Library, and Jeannette :'linifred Rutledge be, and she is hereby appointed in her
# ' place and stead at the monthly compensation of e70'.00.
BE IT FURTHER IiESDLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be trgansmitted to the City
Clerk of the City of Port Townsend.
