Minutes of Regular Session of
Ask Commissioners to secure
old Marine Hospital for
Social Security purposes.
It visa moved by Councilman Lewis and seconded by Councilman Ammeter that the City
Clerk be directed to write to the County Commissioners of Jefferson County, conveying the
desire of the City Council that the Commissioners make an effort to secure the use of the
old Marine Hospital for Social Seau.:ity development and use. Motion declared carried.
Stahl reappdinted by Mayor
as truck driver, Street Dept.
At this time Mayor Hirtzler made the statement that at the request of the City
Council, he now appointed Rollie Stahl as truck driver, City Street Department, effective
July let.
Confirmed:
It was moved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilman Naughton
that the said appoxntipent be confirmed. . Upon Roll Call vote, all seven councilmen voted
in the affirmative and motion visa declared carried.
ADJOURNMENT.
Upon motion of Councilman Sathor, seconded by Councilman Lafferty, the Council
voted to adjourn.
