certain down -town sidewalks, was presented and read, as follows:
Honorable Mayor and City Council, Port 'Townsend, Washington, Doe. 3, 1936
Port Townsend, "lashington.

The Port Townsend Chamber of Commerce would respectfully call your attention to
the dangerous condition of the sidewalks on the following city streets:
North side of Washington to Adams; East side of Adams from Water to 11lashington;
South side of Washington -Adams to Quincy.
It is suggested that there sidewalks blocked off if they cannot be placed in ser-

probably result in a suit for damnges against the city.
