PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON, NOVEMBER.3, 1936. The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this 3rd day of November, 1936, at 7:30 o'clock P.1,4., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Councilman ,Sm. Lammers, Mayor pro tem, presiding until the arrival of Mayor Bangerter. ROLL CALL. Upon Roll Call those answering present were City Attorney '!. J. Daly, City Clerk C. F. Christian, and Councilmen H. L. Hirtzler, Sam McGee, Tony DeLeo and Vim. Lammers Sr., Mayor Bangerter and Councilmen Sather and Naughton arriving later in the session. MINUTES APPROVED. The minutes of the regular session of October 20, 1936, were read and approved as read. :.;ayor Bangerter arrived,during reading of the minutes and thereafter presided. BILLS AND CLAIMS. U St. and California Add. Mains, c i Ws.ter Supt. Campbell reported that the replacements and extensions of water mains on U Street and in the California :addition had been completed as planned. REPORTS OF COML3ITTEE3. Garage Building Alterations. The Building Committee reported tl:at they had asked for proposals to alter and repair the city garage building on Washington Street and that out of four open proposals, the estimate of Robert Allan was found to be the lowest, the amount being $210.00 and that 3• y he had been engaged to do the work and that the said alterations were now under way. fi ti It visa moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman that the action of the Build- ing Committee be approved. Motion declared carried.
