It was moved by Councilman Hirtzler and seconded by Councilman Naughton that the said
claims be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw warrants upo
the proper funds in payment of same. Upon roll call vote, all four councilmen present
voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.

NAPPCO. AGREEMENT SIGNED.
The City Clerk further reported that the agreement to be signed under Ordinance
No. 1064, relative to funds to be borrowed from the +vational Paper Products Company, had
been duly signed and executed by the Mayor and the City Clerk on behalf of the City and
then presented to the resident manager of the National Paper Products Company for signa-
tures of the proper officers of said Oompany.

The Report of the Chief of Police for the month of May,
1936, was presented, read and ordered•'filed.
Main Line Meter Readings.,
The report of the Water Superintendent showing the flow of
water through the main line meters for the period ending May 25/36, was presented, read anc
ordered filed.

Roosevelt Water Main.
Relative to the petition for a water main on Roosevelt St., Councilman Lammers

reported that no action could be taken in the matter until completion of the Hadlock-Ironda
line, being dependent upon surplus funds, if any.
California Addition Water Main.
Mr. E. S. Johnson being present, was requested to make a report on the probable
number of water consumers to be gained if the proposed extension was made in the California
Addition. Mr. Johnson stated that all residents above 53rd Street would sign up for wa-
ter and that a resident on Jackman would also take water from the city, making a total of
six new customers, with one more possible but doubtful as he already has a limited supply.

Nuisance in Pettygrove Addition.
