The City Clerk further reported that the agreement to be signed under Ordinance No. 1064, relative to funds to be borrowed from the +vational Paper Products Company, had been duly signed and executed by the Mayor and the City Clerk on behalf of the City and then presented to the resident manager of the National Paper Products Company for signa- tures of the proper officers of said Oompany. Relative to the petition for a water main on Roosevelt St., Councilman Lammers e reported that no action could be taken in the matter until completion of the Hadlock-Ironda line, being dependent upon surplus funds, if any. California Addition Water Main. Mr. E. S. Johnson being present, was requested to make a report on the probable number of water consumers to be gained if the proposed extension was made in the California Addition.
