It was then moved by Councilman DeLeo and seconded by Councilman
Hirtzler that the said proposal be accepted. Upon Roll Call vote, all five Councilmen
present vobed in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
Desired Extensions. The matter of certain extensions not included in the original ap-
plication was discussed at length and to dispose of same, it was referred to the City Engine

and the -eater Committee with instructions to investigate and report beck at the next regular
session.
Elotion to Adjourn. It was moved by Councilman Hirtzler and seconded by Councilman De-
Leo ti,at the Council adjourn. It appearing, however, that more business was to be present-
ed, Councilman Hirtzler, with the consent of his second, withdrew his motion.
Adjournment: No further business appearing, it was moved by Councilman DeLeo and sec-
onded y ounc man Lafferty that the Council do now adjourn. Upon a voice vote, motion
