It was moved by .,councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilman Lammers that the said
Claims be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to issue warrants up-
on the proper funds in payment of same. Upon Roll Call vote, all five Councilmen present
voted in the afi'irmative and motion was declared carried,

City Attorney Daly reported that he had replied to
the inquiry of the Woodmen of
the ',Yorld relative to the 1911 issue
of defaulted bonds, the

Building Committee.
BROOKS AND WALDROP PERMIT.
Councilman Hhrtzler, Chairman of the Building Committee, reporting on the Brooks
and 14raldrip application, stated that the Committee was not in full agreement in the matter
..
and therefore, no definite recommendation could be made. Councilmen Sather, Lafferty end
'-
Lammers spoke in opposition to the application to build an entrance to the second story of
building from the 'Taylor Street terrace but were not opposed to the changes desired in the
front of the building.
Permit Granted to Remodel Front.
Ater some further dissuasion, it was moved that the

application to remodel the front of the building be granted, as requested, but that the re-
quest to build a sidewalk entrance to the building from the Taylor Street terrace be denied.

BUILDING PERMITS.
