Mr. M.T. Flint, representing the local Jefferson County unit of the WPA, addresse

probably some unused funds in the hands of the State Highway Department as a backwash from
contracts for job v:ork where the contract price was lees than the funds allocated, an aged

Hunt referred to a resolution of the Port Townsend Chamber d Commerce, which apparently
had been mailed or delivered to all members of the council, but unhappily had not been

f rE the Council meeting of the Chairman d• the Street Committee, Councilman W.S. Lafferty, but
stated that he had recently conversed with Councilman Lafferty and that Councilman Lafferty
