To the Honorable Ilayor and City Council, Port Townsend, Washington. Gentlemen: Your honorable body is hereby p:titioned to install a hydrant on our school property at a point to be determined by your City Engineer in conjunction with your Chief of the Fire Department. lUe agree to open the ditch and pay for coat of hydrant. 71e wish to call attention to the lack of fire hydrants near the school and feel that the matter should be corrected by installation of a hydrant at an effective point to better safe -guard the lives of our school children and property.
