The CITY COUNCIL of the City. of Port Townsend, 'Nashington, met in regular session this
4th day of February, 1936, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall,
Councilman Wm.Lammers, Mayor pro tem presiding, in the absence of Mayor Bangerter.
