Hoffman, State Director FIA, approving certain documents re: water works project, was presented and read, as follows: Olympia, Washington, December 23, 1935. Mr. T. 17. Dear Sir: - Enclosed herewith please find three copies of the following documents pertaining to the above project, the approval of this office being noted thereon: Plans and specifications Proposal of James H. Coyne, Contract between City of Port Townsend and James H. Coyne. Performance bond covering above contract. Public Liability Insurance Policy covering above contract. Will you please deliver one copy of each of these documents to the contractor, and make arrangements to have a set of the documents kept intact upon the work during construc- tion as an official reference. The performance bond returned herewith is furnished by a company acceptable to the Public Works Administration and approved by this office. You may authorize the contractor to commence construction. Kindly furnish this of- fice with a copy of the order to start work. A representative of the Public Works Administration will be assigned to the project by Yr. R. H. Corey, State Engineer Inspector, Journal Building, Portland, Oregon. The person assigned by Mr. Corey will assist you in complying with the requirements of the Public Works Adr.,inistration. BE IT F..ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, that whatever ,a 0(g cash balance, effective as of December 31at, 1935, may be in that certain Fund known as "Bond Redemption Second Issue," be, and the same is hereby transferred to the city fund known as "Bond Interest First Issue. f?° BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, effective January 1st, 1936, that that certain fund 4. Upon Roll Call vote, all six councilmen present voted in favor thereof and motion was declared carried.
