The City Clerk stated that he had forwarded a bill from Long's Repair Shop, for work on the Adams Grader when the grader was delivered (for adjusting and tuning up same), to the J. D. Adams Company, and had received the following letter in reply, to -wit: Indianapolis, Indiana, January 2, 1936 Mr. C. F. Christian, City Clerk, Port Townsend, ',lash. Dear Sir: - We acknowledge receipt of you letter of December 27, attached to which was statement rendered your city by Long's Repair Shop, covering work done on you Adams Motor Grader. We are making a checkup regarding this repair work and will write you again re- gardin it in the near future. Yours truly, J. D. Adams Company, F. L. Branson Said letter was ordered tiled. Asst.
