Clerk to Make Application. It was moved by Councilman Hirtzler and seconded by Councilmen Naughton that the City Clerk be authorized and instructed to make such application to the State. Motion declared carried. Seawall and Street Lights, Councilman DeLeo brought up the matter of damage to the seawall along Water St., by the recent storms and also called attention to the continued outages of street lights in certain localities. Some discussion was had in relation to these subjects but no action was proposed. ADJOURNMENT: Upon motion of Councilman Hirtzler, seconded by Councilman DeLeo, Council voted t adjourn. The CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOINNSEND, WASHINGTON, met in regular session this 7th day of January, 1936, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the city hall, Councilman Wm. Lammers Sr., Mayor pro tem, presiding in the absence of Mayor Bangerter. ROLL CALL: Upon Roll Call there were present City Clerk C. F. Christian, and Council- men Sam McGee, 1,11. S. Lafferty, Wm. Lammers Sr., Paul H. Sather and H. L. Hirtzler; City Attorney IN. J. Daly and Councilman Peter Naughton arriving later in the session. MINUTES READ. AND APPROVED. The minutes of the last regular session, held on Dec. lOtk 1935, were read and approved as read. No meeting was held on the 17th of December, 1935, because of lack of quorum. City Attorney Daly arrived during reading of the minutes. BILLS AND CLAIMS. Approved Bills.
