The CITY COUNCIL of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this 5th day of November, 1935, at 7:30 otelock p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Councilman Wm. It was moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Naughton ' that the said claims be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw five Council- warrants upon the proper funds in payment of same. Daly reported in relation to Mrs. Horned's offer to deed the pen-co-vesta property to the County, that the County 'Treasurer's odfice had prepared a Bill of Sale for the building and forwarded it to Mrs. Horned but no return was had to date. c i `i a 71 ;i 119 Salary Warrants Issued. . The City Clerk reported receipt of notice that the Department of Lab and Industries had made the usual monthly payment to R. S. Weppner for loss of time. Main Line Meter Readings. The report of the Water Superintendent showing the 'flow of water through the main line meters for the period ending October 29/35, was presented, rea and ordered filed. Engineer's Report, re: Plana. City Engineer Campbell reported that he had personally delivered the plans and specifications for the Water Project to the Acting State Director at Olympia but had received no report on same to date. W.P.A. Plans: He fubther reported that he was working on plans for W. P. A. projects and had the same about completed. Chief of Police Report: The Chief of Police submitted the following written report: Port Townsend, Washington, November 2, 1935. Hon. Mayor and City Council, Port Townsend, Wash.
