The
minutes of the regular sessions of
Sept. 17th and
Sept. 24th, were read and approved as read.
Councilman Tony DeL.eo arrived during
reading of the minutes.
BILLS AND' CLAIMS.
Florence Brandeberry Claim.
The claim
of Florence Brandeberry in the amount of wS'15.00
for c'::rk hire in the Treasurer's Office,
having been referred to the Council by the Financ
Committee, it was moved by Councilman Naughton
and seconded by Councilman Lafferty that the
saidclsim be allowed. Lotion declared
carried.

Claims Allowed:
It was moved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilman Hirtzler
that the said claims be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw
warrants upon the proper funds in payment of same. Upon Troll Call vote, all five Council
men present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
City Attorney Daly arrived during the foregoing order of business.
