Tif CITY COUNCIL of the City of Pont Townsend, 13ashington, met in regular session this 1st day of October, 1935, at 7:30 p.al., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Council- man 71m. Lammers, Mayor pro tem. presiding in the absence of Mayor Bangerter. ROLL CALL. Upon Roll Call there were present City Clerk C. F. Christian and Councilmen Peter Naughton, `,.. S. Lafferty, Wm. Lammers Sr., and H. L. Hirtzler; City Attorney Daly and Councilmen DeLoo, :,:cGee and Sather arriving later in the session. MINUTES OF SEPT. 24/35 APPROVED. The minutes of the regular sessions of Sept. 17th and Sept. 24th, were read and approved as read. Councilman Tony DeL.eo arrived during reading of the minutes. BILLS AND' CLAIMS. Florence Brandeberry Claim. The claim of Florence Brandeberry in the amount of wS'15.00 for c'::rk hire in the Treasurer's Office, having been referred to the Council by the Financ Committee, it was moved by Councilman Naughton and seconded by Councilman Lafferty that the saidclsim be allowed. Lotion declared carried. Upon Troll Call vote, all five Council men present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. City Attorney Daly arrived during the foregoing order of business. REPORTS OF OFFICERS.
