The report of Water Supt. Green for the month of October,
1934, was presented, read, and referred to the Water Committee.
Delinquent Water Users Report.
it was moved by Councilman Smith and seconded by Coun•
cilman Lafferty that the Water Department be instructed to prepare a list of all delinquent
water accounts for presentation at the next regular session od the Council so that the Coun•
cil may be informed as to who are delinquents. Motion declared carried.

.N,r. W. J. Daly, City Attorney, reported to the Council
that he had been informed by Gus Wyckoff, a resident in the Port Discovery district, that
the repairs andt;proteotion for the water pipe line at Snow Creek had withstood a recent
freshet without apparent damage.
BUILDING PERMITS.
A number of applications for Building Permits were presented, read, and disposed of
as follows:
