Bond Redemption, let Issue of Bonds: The only change in General Indebtedness Funds budgets, other than nominal changes occasioned by a alight reduction in the assessed valu- ations f m 1935, was the elimination of a levy for Bond Redemption, let Issue of Bonds. It is the belief that these bonds (which are in technical default) can and will be refund ad before January let, 1935, with no bond retirement required for the first year, making it unnecessary to levy for bond redemption for 1935. Changes Ratified. No further changes being proposed, It was moved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilman Smith that all changes and reductions, made by unani- mous consent of the Council, be now ratified and adopted. Upon Roll Call vote, all five Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. Budget Adopted. It was then moved by Councilman Welch and seconded by Councilman Sather that the said budgets as now agreed upon be adopted, and that the City Attorney an the City Clerk be instructed to prepare ordinances confirming same and to present said or- dinancee to the City Council at the regular session of October 2nd, 1934. Upon Roll Cal all five Councilman present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. Adjourned to Oct. 2nd. Upon motion of Councilman Welch, seconded by Councilman Laffer- ty, Council adjourned to Oct. 2nd, 1934, at 7:30 P.M. Attest: �--mayor BUDGETS AS ADOPTED.
