Report continued) Port Townsend, Washington, Sept. 5th, 1933 To the Honorable Mayor and City Council of the City of Port Townsend. Gentlemen: Your Committee, on Water and Drainage to whom was referred the matter of Water Superintendent's report for month of July, 1933, would respectfully report as follows: We find same to agree with office accounts. WM. LAMMERS, SR. Verbal Report on City Hall Rode: W. S. LAFFERTY Councilman Townsend reported verbally that the contractor, Mr. Myers,.had done,a good joboon the painting and repairing of the roof on the City Hall. He further stated that the decks or flat surfaces of the roof were in poor condition and recommended !,'that the balance of the barrel of paint be used on the decks of the roof, stating further that Mr. Myers had offered to complete the painting and furnish the required oil f6r the sum of $25.00 complete. It was moved by Councilman Townsend and seconded by Councilman Miller that Mr. Myers be employed to paint the balance of the roof at the sum quoted. Upo: roll call all seven Councilmen voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. BUILDING PERMITS Applications for building permits were presented, read and disposed of, as follows: From Miss Annie Jarvis, to -wit: To the Honorable Mayor and City Council, Port Townsend, Wash., Sept. 5th, 1933. Port Townsend, Wash. Gentlemen: Permission is requested to erect a small frame garage on my property at 628 Pierce Street, at an estimated cost of $50.00. kespectfully submitted, From Mr. L. F. Savage, to -wit: Miss Annie Jarvis. Port Townsend, Wash., Sept. 5, 1933 To the Honorable Mayor and City Council Port Townsend, Wash. Gentlemen: Permission is requested to build a small addition to my dwelling house at #626 Calhoun St., for a wash room, at an estimated cost of $45.00 for material. Respectfully submitted, From L. F. Gentlemen: Permission is requested to raze the old dilapidated dwelling house in the rear of my atone building at the corner of Water and Quincy Streets. This building is on Lot to demolish the 2, Block 42, Original Townsite and I have full permission of the owner Ts same.
