OF REGULAR SESSION OF
Port Townsend, Washington, April Sth, 1932
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session thie
5th day of April, 1932, at 7/30 P0.1., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Geo.
Bangerter presiding.
Upon Roll Call there were present Mayor Goa -go Bangerter, City Attorney Jas. W. B. Scc
City Clerk C. F. Christian, and Councilmen Jacob Miller, E. M. Starrett, Clark Aldrich, one
Win. Lammers Sr,, Councilmen Smith and Lafferty arriving later in the session.

The minutes of the regular session of March 15th were read and approved as read.

It was moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Smith that the said
claims be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be aubhorized to draw warrantsrup=::
on the proper funds in payment of same. Upon Roll Call, all six Councilmen present voted
in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.

flow of water through the main line meters for the period ending March 28th, were presented
read and ordered filed,
Contract Estimates. City Engineer Sadler submitted a report showing the statue or all
estimates to date on the Jas. H. Coyne "later System contract, which was read as follows:

Your Committee, on Water and Drainage to whom was referred the matter of :'later

SPECIAL PAVING.
Councilman Starrett, reporting verbally, stated that the committe,
working on the proposed paving had definitely abandoned the L.I.D. plan and that some delay
visa being caused in the proposed cash plan by present inability of a property owner within
the proposed district to raise the cash.
FARMERS MARKET: Councilman Lammers reported that the persons who built the shed
adjoining the Odd ref ows iiall for a farmers' market had me objection to its removal and
recommended that the shed be taken down and removed.
LICENSING TRUCKS: Councilman Aldrich of the Police and License Commitee stated
