COMMUNICATIONS.
From Fred G. Lewis. Communication from Fred G. Lewis tuns presented and read, as Follows:
r
Port Townsend, Wash. February 2, 1932.
To the Honorable way or and City Council,
Gentlemen: ;i
I wish to call your attention to the water situation at my residence on Morgan
Hill. Knowing the condition of the Water Department in the past, we have suffered for the
past 26 years with a very:lowrpressure due to the friction on a 3/4" pipe over a disthnce
of 320 feet from main. If this 3/4" pipe could be replaced by a larger pipe it would re-
lieve the friction and give mote force. {
If the city will supply a larger pipe I will do all the work in laying.
Yours sincerely, i
F. G. Lewis, Cosgrove and Monroe Ste., City.
Said communication eras referred to the Committee on Water and Drainage.
