The report of the Chief of Police for the month of November, 1931, was presented, road and ordered filei
Engineer - Main Line Motor Headings.
City Engineer Sadler presented reports showing the flow of water through the main line meters for
the period ending Nov. 30th and same wore ordered filed.
Copper Service pipes on Water Street.
City Engineer Sadler submitted a communication to which was attached a list of copper water service
Pipes installed on Water Street from Tyler St. to Monroe St., shoving the amount duo the City for the extra
coat of the installation; the communication being as follovs:

Councilmen Smith reported that the F. Sohlager family had complained that rosle.ents in the vicinity of

it flowed on to this block which was used for growing flowers and shrubs and rendored it insanitary.
The City Clark was requested to write the City Health Officer and bring the matter to his attention.
Water and Drainage - 'Nator Supt. Report.
The Committee on Water and Drainage submitted the following written reoprt, to -wit:

honorable body that a street light be placed at the
intersection of Rose and J Streets, at your earliest
convenience.
The above named intersection is frequently used by vehicle and pedestrian traffic and is now with-
out lighting of any kind.
