Port Townsend, Washington, November 3, 1931
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this 3rd day of Novem
bar, 1931, at 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Councilman Wm. Lammers, Mayor Pro Tem, pro
aiding until the. arrival of Mayor Bangerter.
ROLL CALL.
Upon Roll Call there wore present City Attorney Jae. W. B. Scott, City Clerk C. F. Christian, and Coun-
oilman Wm. Loaners, Jacob Miller, W. B. Smith and W. S. Lafferty.

Mayor Bangerter Arrives. Mayor George Bangerter arrived at this time and thereafter presided.

It was moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Smith that the said claims be allowed
and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to axeoute warrants upon the proper funds in payment of
same. Upon roll call, all four Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
Bill for Fire Hose. A bill for now fire hose in the amount of $405.00, from the Pacific Goodrich Hobbs
Company was presented and reed but as the City was not yet in receipt of the said fire hose, the claim was
referred to the Finance Committee.
