It was moved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilmen Milasr that the said requisition be gran- ted. Motion declared carried. ORDINANCES ANDRESOLUTIONS. TO VACATE STREETSs (Small Boat Haven) An Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Port Townsend vacating parts of Front, Water and Morrison Streets in the City of Port Townsend," was now introduced, and read in full bg the City Clerk, for the first reading. Reading by title cnjy:, it wasamoved by Councilman Lafferty and seconded by Councilmen Miler that the lag reading— co reading ascend reading and that the third reading be by title only. Upon roll call, all five Councilmen present, namely; Smith, Lafferty, Lammere, Miller and Starrett voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. Third Reading:. The City Clerk then read the said ordinance by title only for the third reading. Ordinance passed# It was moved by Councilman Miller and seconded by Councilman Lafferty that said Ordi- nance do now pass.. Upon roll call, all five councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was deolared.oarried. The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, do ordain as followas Section 1. That the following enumerated parts of streets is the City of Port Townsend, Washington, be and the same are hereby vacated, to -wit, Front Street from the East margin of Benedict Street to the West margin of Thayer Street. Water Street from the East margin of Benedict Street to the West Margin of Thayer Street. Morrie6n Street from the North margin of Front Street to the South Margin of Washington Street. Section 2. That this Ordinance be published once in the Port Townsend Leader and to take effect and be in force five (B) days from and after such publication.
