Inspection of Pipe Lino: Councilman Lammers, Chairman of the Water Committee, reported that he and several other members of the City Council went over the new pipe line recently installed by Jae. H. Coyne, contractor, and as far as they could determine found the line in good shape. A few small leaks romaining which were being repaired by the contractor. He also stated that inoidently a good road had boon built on 9th Street were thepipeline is located from Sheridan Avenue to the city limits, and that it would require but a small amount of upkeep to keep the street in condition.
