Unapproved Claims
The claim of N. B. Albright in the amount of $50.00 to replace a now suit ruined in assisting Petro
man to arrest drunken disorderly persons was presented, read and referred to the Police and License Committee
Mayor Makes Statements
In relation to the above claim Mayor Bangerter stated that the city would make no effort to appro-
hend these persons as long as they remain out of the city was an error, as it was the intention of the city
authorities to capture and punish the culprits.

Water and Drainage Committee Reports
A written report of the Water and Drainage Committee was presented and read, as follouss

Inspection of Pipe Lino:
Councilman Lammers, Chairman of the Water Committee, reported that he and several other members of
the City Council went over the new pipe line recently installed by Jae. H. Coyne, contractor, and as far as
they could determine found the line in good shape. A few small leaks romaining which were being repaired by
the contractor. He also stated that inoidently a good road had boon built on 9th Street were thepipeline
is located from Sheridan Avenue to the city limits, and that it would require but a small amount of upkeep
to keep the street in condition.
BUILDING PERMITS
Applications for building permits were presented, read and disposed of, as follawss
