It was -moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Miller that the said requisitions be
granted. Motion declared carried.
Requisition for Auto Tires Granted:

Councilman Starrett brought up the matter of the requisiti&-prosented by Chief of Police Compton
at the last session of the Council and moved that the said requisition be granted. Councilman Smith seconded
the motion and upon roll call all four Councilmen present votja,in favor thereof and motion was declared
carried.
UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS
A general discussion followed relatiµn to the removal of the old water pipe on Water Stroet�and a
rate for water for the now cannery, but no definite action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Upon motion by Councilman Starrett, seconded by Councilman Smith, Council adjourned.
