Port Townsend, Washington, Juno 2, 1931 The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, met in regular session this 2nd day of June, 1931, at 8 p.m., in the Council Chambora of the City Hall, Mayor George Bangerter presiding. ROLL CALL. Upon Roll Call there were present Mayor George Bangerter, City Attorney Jae. W. B. Scott, City Clark C.F.Christien,.and Councilmen W. B. Smith, W. S. Lafferty, Wm. Lammers Sr., Jacob Miller, E. M. Starrett and S. V. Peach. MINUTES APPROVED. It was moved by Couaoilman Peach and soconded by Carnoilman Lafferty that the minutes of the regular see sion of May 19, 1931, be adopted as written. Motion declared carried. BILLS AND CLAIMS.
