Councilman Starrett, ohnirman of the Harbor and Health Committee, reported verbally that the committee wee co-operating with the garbage contractor to secure a better obeervanoe of the Ordinance, with particular reference to the businena district. Mayor and City Counoil, Port Townsend, Wash. Gentlement Requeet is hereby made to be given the grade for conetruoting a concrete walk in front of the property at 836 Polk Street,owned by,Mrs. Was. Korter. A request was granted some time ago to repair the wooden sidewalk but the owner now desires to build a concrete walk. Respectfully submitted, KEY CITY BRICK h TILE CO., T.
