City of Port Townsend - State of Washington
In response to request for quotations covering gasoline requirements of the City of Port Townsend,
commencing February 1, 1931 and ending January 31, 1932,Martin Bros. Richfield Distributors, herewith sub-
mits its bid for furnishing these requirements as follows:
We are bidding on and propose to furnish Richfield White Gasoline at a price of 18-1/2� per gallon,
f.o.b. Port Townsend, Washington, inclusive of Washington State Tax. Ethyl 21-1/2; Gal.
The prices quoted herein are the maximum prices to apply during the period of proposal. In the
event of a decline in the posted tank wagon price of the Richfield Oil Co. of California for Richfield White
gasoline or Richfield Ethyl gasoline for Port Townsend, Wash. the price or prices to you will be correspond-
ingly lowered during such time as price or prices is loweribr respective products.
Deliveries are to be made by auto tank trucks of the seller into the bulk storage tanks of the
buyer.
QUANITITY - Requirements.
Delivery - One day.
Terms - Thirty days net.
Martin Bros. Richfield Distributors of Port Townsend, Wash., shall not be held liable for damages o
delays occasioned by or arising from strikes or other labor disturbances, invasion, insurrection, riot, fire,
earthquake, flood, war or total or partial failure of railroads service, or other means of transportation, or
by any other cause or causes beyond their control.
