Minutes of Reeular Session of December 2nd, 1930, continued.
It was moved by Councilman Peach and seconded by Councilman Robbins that the amid claims be allowed,
and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorised to draw warrants upon the proper funds in payment of same.
Upon roll call all six Councilmen present, aamelys Lafferty, Lammere, Miller, Robbins, Peach and Smith, voted
in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. `
Claim of Rey City Brick & Tile Company,
The claim of Key City Brick & Tile Company for balance due on contract for concrete sidewalk at the
City Hall, is the amount of $200.00, was presented with the following letter from City Engineer Sadler attaoh-
ed, to -wit:
December 1, 1930
To the Mayor and City Council
Gentlemen:
I have submitted the final voucher for the work that Mr. Tony Deleo is constructing the Concrete
Sidewalk, Runway to Jail, Concrete Curb and Gutter and approaches to the Fire Hall.
The last concrete was poured Tuesday. November 18th. This: -.was the Northerly half of the approach
to the Fire Hall. -This can be used -by the Fire Apparatus about the middle of this month.
The contract on this job has been completed and can be accepted by the City. Mr. Deleo can be paid
the $200.00 balance due him if satisfactory evidence is furnished the City that all bills for Labor and Mater-
isl have been paid.

It was moved by Councilman Robbins and seconded by Councilman Miller that the work be accepted as
recommended by City Engineer Sadler, and that theclaim be allowed lose the 15% retention required by law,
and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw a warrant upon the proper"fund in payment of the
amount. Upon roll call all six Councilmen present voted in'the affirmative and motion was declared carried.
Claim of Roberta, Skeel and Holmes
The claim of Roberts, Skeel and Holman for balance due on contract an associate counsel is the cane
of P. J. Mccullem at ux, as administrators of the Estate of George MoCullem, vs. the City of Port Townsend
and amounting to $190.00 was presented and read in detail. It was moved by Councilman Smith and:raessonded by
Councilman Lafferty that the said claim be allowed, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to
draw a warrant upon the proper fund in payment of name.
