Attorney Scott than explained that he bad discussed the matter with the attorneys for the National Paper
Products Company and he sma informed that the attorneys for tho paper company desired to handle the matter',
direct. No nation was taken by the Council. - Upon roll call there were present City Attorney Jas. W. B. Scott, City Clerk C. F. Christian and
Councilmen W. S. Lafferty, Wm. Lammers, Jacob Miller and S. V. Peach. Councilman W. B. Smith and Counoilman
Harry W. Robbins arrived during consideration of Bills and Claims. Mayor Bangerter arriving later.

Upon motion of Councilman Aldrich, seconded by Councilman Lafferty, Council adjourned.
It was moved by Councilman Peach.aadcsocouded by Councilman Lafferty that the minutes of November
