Port Townsend, Washington, November 4, 1930.
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this.4th day of November, 1930,
at 7030 P. M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall. Councilman Wm. Lammers, Mayor Pro Tem,presiding.
ROLL CALL
Upon roll call there were present City Attorney Jae. W. B. Scott, City Clerk C. F. Christian, and
Councilmen W. S. Lafferty,Wm. Lammers, Jacob Miller and Harry W. Robbins. Councilman Clark Aldrich arrived
and took his seat just following roll call and Mayor Bangerter arrived during consideration of approved bills
and claims and thereafter presiding. .

It was moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Robbins that said bills and claims
allowed, and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw warrants upon the proper funds in pa-

The report of the Water Superintendent for the month of October, 1930, was presented, read and re-
ferred to the Water Committee.
Report of Chief of Police: it
The report of the Chief of Police for the month of October, 1930, was presented, read and order-
ed filed.
Main Line Meter Readings: f
City Engineer Sadler presented reports of the main line meter readings showing the flow to be
normal and said reports were ordered filed. n
BUILDING PERMITS ,
Applications for building:. permits were presented, read and disposed of, as follows:

Permission is requested to install a metal fuel oil tank of 40 bbls capacity, on the rear of Lot 8
Block 45, Original Townsite, (on Monroe St., near Washington), for use with the laundry on said promisee. ! 'I
11 construction will be done in a workmanlike manner and with due regard for the safety factor. Cost is
estimated at $300.00. _
