The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this.4th day of November, 1930, at 7030 P. M. in the Council Chamber of the City Hall. Councilman Wm. Lammers, Mayor Pro Tem,presiding. ROLL CALL Upon roll call there were present City Attorney Jae. W. B. Scott, City Clerk C. F. Christian, and Councilmen W. S. Lafferty,Wm. Lammers, Jacob Miller and Harry W. Robbins. Councilman Clark Aldrich arrived and took his seat just following roll call and Mayor Bangerter arrived during consideration of approved bills and claims and thereafter presiding. . MINUTES APPROVED The minutes of the preceding regular session ware read and approved as read. Report of Water Supt: The report of the Water Superintendent for the month of October, 1930, was presented, read and re- ferred to the Water Committee. Report of Chief of Police: it The report of the Chief of Police for the month of October, 1930, was presented, read and order- ed filed. Main Line Meter Readings: f City Engineer Sadler presented reports of the main line meter readings showing the flow to be normal and said reports were ordered filed. n BUILDING PERMITS , Applications for building:. permits were presented, read and disposed of, as follows: From Wm. Froule s Port Townsend, Was#., November 1, 1930 To the Honorable Mayor and City Council, Port Townsend, Wash. Gentlemen: Permission is requested to erect a frame garage on my property in Block 13, Montana Addition, at an estimated coot of $100.00. Respectfully submitted, WM. FRAULEY It was moved by Councilman Lammers and seconded by Councilman Miller that said permit be granted. Mation declared carried. From Fort Townsend Steam Laundry, to4nvit: Port Townsend, Wash., Nov. 3, 1930 t, To the Honorable Mayor and City Council, I Port Townsend, Wash. I j Gentlemen: Permission is requested to install a metal fuel oil tank of 40 bbls capacity, on the rear of Lot 8 Block 45, Original Townsite, (on Monroe St., near Washington), for use with the laundry on said promisee. !
