The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this 30th day of September

Councilman Robbins brought up the matter of the unsafa condition of the old pump house well and the

Dundee Water Pipe:
yx`r Councilman Lammers reporting on the water pipe on Umatilla Avenue in Dundee Place stated that the
--. 1'fy,+K,,>-�^' }' committee could not tell the condition of the pipe and reoommended that the matter be referred to the Water
j 'L++��.L'A Superintendent for examination. The matter was so referred by the Mayor.
Old Pump House Weller
In relation to the old wells adjacent to Hastings Park, Councilman Lammers reported that the same
were in a dangerous condition and recommended that the old house be burned and that the property be fenced,
stating further that it would require about 320 feet of fencing. It was moved by Councilmen Lamers and

Light Poles to be Moved:
Councilman Robbins asked that the Key City Light and Power Company be requested to move two (2)

'.')e++ One (1) at Quincy and. Jefferson Streets about 6 or 7 feat westerly; and
_0r0„M4 One (1) at Tyler and Taft Streets to be moved about 10 feet easterly.

The proposal of the Key City Brick and Tile Company, Tony DeLeo authorized agent, was first opened.

Hank of Port Townsend. The total lump sum bid was $662.20.

bid was accompanied by a certified check for $30.00 on the Washington State Bank of Port Angeles, but the

The next -and last bid opened was a proposal of J. H. and A. 4f. Cameron, whose lump sum bid was for
