(Ordinance No. 998 continued) The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, do ordain an followes Section 1. That the City Council hereby finds and declared that an emergency appropriation and pi meat of money as aforesaid is necessary, and that an emergency appropriation and payment of money is hereby granted and.authorized for the purpose aforesaid, and that emergency warrants in said sum for said purpose are hereby authorized to be issued. Section 2. That this Ordinance be published once in the Port Townsond Leader, and to take effect and be in force five days from and after such publication. It was moved by Councilman Robbins end seconded by Councilman Lammers that said claim be allowed and that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw a warrant upon the proper fund as soon ae the ordinenoo.providing additiodLfunds therefore become effective. Upon roll call all four Councilman present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. - ADJOURNMENT .Upon motion of Councilman Robbins, seconded by Councilman Peach, Council adjourned.
