Minutes of the Regular Session of September 9th, 1930.
Port Townsend, Washington, September 9, 1930.
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend met in regular session this 9th day of September, 193,
8 P. M. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. Councilman Sea. Lammers, Mayor Pro Tam, presiding.
ROLL CALL
Upon roll call there were present City Clark C. F. Christian, City Attorney James W. B. Scott and
moilmen S. V. Pasch, Wm. Lammers, Jacob Miller and Harry W. Robbins.
MINUTES APPROVED
It was moved by Councilman Peach and seconded by Councilman Robbins that the minutes of the regular
ision of September 2nd be approved as written. Motion declared carried.
BILLS AND CLAIMS
By unanimous consent the following bills were taken up for consideration,

It was moved by Councilman Robbins and seconded by Councilman Miller that the said claim be allowed
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorised to draw a warrant upon the Current Expense Fund in payment
same. Upon roll call all four Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried.

It was moved by Councilman Peach and seconded by Councilman Robbins that the said claims be allowed
that the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to draw a warrant upon the proper fund in payment of tame.

liability outstanding from that date until June 1, 1930. In the event this was desired, kindly obtain a let-

September 9th, approved by the Mayor September 9th and published in the Port Townsend Leader September llth, _

. An Ordinance of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, provided for and authorizing an emergency appro-
�. riation and payment of the sum of $300:00, for the Fire Department ofesaid City, and the authority to issue
