It was moved by Councilman Peach and s000nded by Councilman Richards that the said amendment be adopted as read. Motion declared carried. , (4) That section 7 be amended to read as follows: By adding the words "or annually" after the words "payable semi-annually", the point of insartioa being in line six of page five. It was moved by Councilman Robbins and seconded by Councilman Peach to adopt the amendment as read. Motion declared carried. - (6) That section 7 be furthen hmended by adding the words -"or.annual" after the words "semi-annual ceding the words "payments of interest", the point of insertion being in the 21st line of sheet five. It was moved by Councilman Robbins and seconded by Councilman Peach that the amendment be adopted read.
