ionorable Mayor and City Council
)f the City of Port Townsend, Washington,
3entlemen:
I respectfully petition your Honorable body to grant the vacation of "T" street from the
Bast line of Walnut Street to the west line of Oak street where it separates Blocks 101 and 102, of
Pettygrove's Second Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
I am the record owner of the property on both sides of the portion of street which is
proposed to be vacated.
At a point about 135 feet from the east line of Walnut street, "T" street strikes the
line of a bluff about 150 feet high so that it is impossible to develop the street as a thoroughfar
to serve any other property than mine.
I will gladly pay any costs of publication or posting, involved. in the proposed vacation.
