The City Clerk reported that he had issued a warrant to Roberts, Skeel and Holman under
date of March 27th in the amount of $250.00 as advance payment on fee as associate counsel as in-

report for February, 1930, would respectfully report as follows: We find same to be correct.

Schueler Claim:
Councilman Lammers made a report on the Schueler claim stating that the stone in question
was off the road all together and does not believe the City to be liable. Councilman Robbins
stated that he had also made`investigation and concurred in Councilman Lammers opinion.
COMMUNICATIONS
From Key City Brick and Tile Compan
The Key City Brick and Tile Company presented an application for a lease of a street as
follows:
Port Townsend, Wash., March 21, 1930
To the Honorable Mayor and City Council,
Port Townsend, Wash.
Gentlemen:.
Application is hereby made to lease for one year, that part of Pierce Street lying South
of Water Street at a annual rental of $2.50.
Also to erect a platform about 24 x 35 feet in size on the said property, for storing
equipment, incident to my business.

be granted as read. Upon roll call all six Councilmen present voted in the affirmative, and motion
