'o the Mayor and City Council
ientlemen:
In regard to the proposed road outlet for Mr. Harding. I have looked into the vacation of
;he Yep Busy Addition and the way that I interpet same is that the entire addition has been vacated
with the exception of Hastings Avenue. This would block any outlet on Thomas Street to Hastings
lvenue, As I understand that Mr. Lohman's East line is the Section Line between Sections 3 & 4 Tp 3
. R. I. W. W. M.
There are two possible outlets which can be opened: First: from Hastings'Avenue to 26th
Street on Cliff Street and East on 25th Street to Gibbs Street, a distance of approximately 750
feat. Second: 25th Street from Lohman!•s East -Line East to Hancock Street and North on Hancock
Street,to Hastings Avenue, a distance of approximately 1880 feet.
I would recommend that Peach and Sons, Abstractors be employed to furnish the City a des-
oription of the Yap Suey Addition and Mr. Lohman!s property from their records.
Yours very truly,
