HomeMy WebLinkAbout00524J Proposed Building Ordinance: A proposed ordinance governing building operations within the'city of'Port Townsend, and entitled "AN ORDINANCE regulating the construction, raising, alteration, repair, removal, mainten- anoe, use, area; height and equipment of buildings and all construction work thereon: providing for the iesuanoe of permits therefor, and providing for the condemnation of buildings dangerous to property or.persons within the limits of the City of Port Towneend, providing a penalty for the vio- lation thereof and repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict therewith, was introduced and read in full for the first reading. Said proposed ordinance was referred to the Building Uommittee and the City Attorneyl ADJOURNMENT. Upon motion of Councilman kobbins, seconded by Councilman Smith, council adjourned.
