Gentlemen: Permission is requested to repair the building ocoupied.by the Coast Service Co. Corner Adams and Water Streets, where damaged by fire and to re-arregge the walls to enclose about 140 sq. ft. of floor space now built as part of the original building. Sheet metal will be used for repair of the roof, the present wooden partitions to be replaced with corrugated iron oonstruction, cost not to exceed $L65.00. Respectfully submitted, H. E.
