H. Hill, on the Library board having expired, the members of the boar desire to present her name for reappointment. May B; Marriott Seely Pro Tem !I In accordance with the foregoing request, Mayor Bangerter appointed Mrs. D. H. Hill, a member on the Library Board, for the ensuing term. This department contemplates the awarding of a contract for paving on State Road No. 9 from Tyler street in the City of Port Townsend to Ludlow Road on or soon after March lst. Before the r contractor can begin work on this improvement, it will be necessary that all adjustments and addi- tions to the water and sewer system of the city of Port Townsend be made.
