Gentlemen;
The 2-" Motor has been enstalled at the City Limits. When the weakly chart is
turned into this office together with the meter reading I will submit report of same to you.
I have instructed Mr. Steve Coyne to watch this meter and change the cards every
seven days.
Trusting this moots with your approval. The 6" Meter on the Hadloal: lino will be
installed in a few days.

E - Relative to Street Grade:
July 18, 1929
To the Mayor and City Council
Uentlomen: '
Pursuant to your instruction of July 2, 1929 to give mirs. Pillip grades for a concrete
sidewalk.
As there are no grades established on Taylor street north of the center of Lincoln
Street it was necessary for me to make a survey and establish a grade.
I have prepared an Ordinance the same is attached to this letter. This Ordinance should
be referred to the City Attorney for his approval.
After its passage and publication I can give i'rs. Pillip a grade for the sidewalk.

The proposed ordinance was presented, with the report, and the matter was referred to
the street committeo and the City Attorney.
From C. A. Rose:
Mr. G. A. hose, Superintendent of Pipe Line Patrol, reported that the cost of moving the
camp equipment belonging to James H. Coyne amounted to $24.42. Said report was ordered filed.
