HomeMy WebLinkAbout00462t! k a �t 'f i '1 2978 To Vacate Streets near Point nudson: In the matter of the petition of the Board of County Commissioners for the vacation of certain streets, a resolution was presented and read as follows: RESOLUTION iiHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson Uounty having filed with the Uity Council a petition praying for the vaetion of certain parts of streets in the vicinity of Point Hudson, NOW THEREFORE, It is hereby resolved that a public hearing be had thereon in the Council Chambers of the City Council on Tuesday the 20th day of August, 1929, at the hour of 8 otcloek P.M., and that the City Clerk give notice hereof for the time and in the manner provided by law. It was moved by Councilman Quenell and seconded by Couheilman Robbins that the said Resolution be adopted, Upon roll call, all seven Councilmen voted in favor thereof and motion was declared carried. ADJOURNMENT Upon motion of Councilman Peach, seconded by Councilman Robbins, Council adjourned.
