Resolution.
The Resolution referred to in the foregoing letter is as follows; to -wit:
RESOLUTION NO. 13.
WHEREAS, it appears to the Bard of County Commissioners for Jefferson County that it is to the
best interests of said county and the people thereof that the said county acquire sites and other
facilities for landings, terminals, housing and care of airplanes and seaplanes for the aerial trans-
portation of persons, property or mail; and,
WHEREAS, Chapter 42, Laws 1925, State of Washington, empowers and authorizes counties to ac-
quire by condemnation or otherwise and dispose of for public use lands and other property for aerial
transportation purposes; and
WHEREAS, said Jefferson County has acquired by tax foreclosure the real property hereinafter
described as follows, to-erit:

REQUISITIONS.
Requisitions for supplies for various departments of the City were presented, read, and disposes
of as follows: -
For Police Department, to-wit:-
9 Mushroom traffic signs or markers
White Paint for traffic signs.
It visa moved by Councilman Quenell and seconded by Councilman Robbins that said requisition be
granted. Upon roll call, all five Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was de-
clared carried.

The proposed ordinance entitled An Ordinance creating the office of inspector of building and
Electric Wiring, and designating and constituting the City Engineer ex-officio inspector of building

It was moved by Councilman Quenell that the first reading be considered the second reading and
that the third reading be by title only. Upon roll pall, all five councilmen present voted in fa-
vor thereof and motion was declared carried.
