ORDINANCES. o ergenoy Ordina�ice entitled"AnOrdinance declaring an emergency for the appropriation and expenditure of the approximate sum of $400.00 for the purchase and installation of a new boiler for the Public Library building of the City, and authorizing the issuanco of emergency warrants in payment therefor," which was presented and road at the last regular session of the Council, was now taken up and read in full. It was moved by Councilman Lawrmers and seconded by Cour:di'lman Peach that the first reading be considered the second reading and that the third reading be by title only. Upon roll call, all six Councilmen present voted in the affirmative and motion was declared carried. The Clerk then read the Ordinance by title only, for the third reading.
